Festival of Philanthropy recognizes Arkansas’s philanthropic spirit by highlighting individuals and organizations who have made a significant impact in our state and providing education on a wide array of topics that impact the daily work of non-profit employees around the state. The combined event will allow attendees to engage in a compelling combination of keynote speakers, presentations, and networking opportunities that move ideas forward and shine a light on those making a difference for Arkansans.
“We felt combining these events was a great opportunity to celebrate where philanthropy in Arkansas has been and where it’s going,” Laura Grimes, AFP-Arkansas’s VP of National Philanthropy Day said. “The spirit of giving in Arkansas is alive and well thanks to all the volunteers, fundraisers, and organizations who work together. The Festival of Philanthropy is a way we can come together to recognize those who have given their time, talents, and treasure, and learn how we can better serve our state.”
National Philanthropy Day is an opportunity to honor fundraisers, volunteers, donors, and others in the philanthropic community who have made our lives, our communities, and our world a better place.
